Managed hardware and software development projects for the creation of MSG Sphere, a $2B entertainment venue in Las Vegas that is focused on radicalizing the future of live entertainment and delivering a next-generation immersive experience.
Accountable for the entire product lifecycle for the creation of the world’s largest permeated LED screen, an 180,000 square-foot screen in front of a permanently installed speaker system.
Utilized agile product management to deliver creative tools for the MSG Production team, including software plug-ins for the audio authoring development pipeline.
Led the development of a world class concert-grade speaker panel with never before used technology at arena concert scale, such as beam-steering audio.
Ensured guests receive a premium experience by delivering low-frequency audio directly to their seats, as well as pioneering the development of a 4D experience capable of delivering atmospheric effects at distances that are unmatched at any other entertainment venue.
Responsible for setting clear project goals, leading project meetings, establishing action items, juggling risks and developing mitigation plans in order to ensure milestones are met on-time and at budget.
Communicated across creative teams to capture project requirements, craft user stories, and provide acceptance criteria for engineers.
Collaborated and guided communication cross-functionally with MSG Construction, Production, Creative, Operations, and senior management to ensure cohesive product strategies, while adhering to stakeholder deadlines.
